Bread

storyboard

While Kaya napped, Tanner and I tired our hand at baking bread. We had fun, and it tastes good, so certainly worth trying again!

something fun

a while back we picked up this Totem puzzle. While we dont build the things thay have shows as often, Tanner build cool things all the time - generally some kind of spaceship. If you have a little girl or boy in your life - its a good thing (https://www.hipfromholland.com/newest4.php?osCsid=6e4df43ac6c76fe202d98a0200758bc5).

monkey toes...

Kaya just keeps on growing and doing new things. She is moving around a ton, getting into everything and enjoys a rousing game of hiding and seek. One thing remains...her little monkey toes.

Mud Bath

its been raining...A LOT. Our never ending, gigantic landscaping projects are suffering. On the bright side, Tanner is having a dirty good time.

Recent Family Snaps

a picture of Drew and Kaya at a party the other evening...and a few grabs as Tanner tries to figure out how to make a three and a half, along with a rare moment of not making a silly face for the camera.

He must have been excited

...because he thought the Rehm arrival and a trip to the airport called for a blue collard button up shirt.

Tanner was a HUGE help running after Drew as he mowed the lawn.

i know its gross

and generally my first reaction to Kaya going after a shoe would be to take it away or move her, but seeing her compared to Drew's croc made me laugh and grab my camera instead. Oops.

Tanner

DSC_8689

He is growing so quickly, but still has a little way to go before he fits on my bike...although he was having fun trying.

Kaya

KayaBW

Quickly approaching 9 months, she is constantly on the move. She escaped while I was trying to get her ready for bed, and i could not resist her little naked buns.
